蛋白質(zhì)分離器高效利用水中氣泡的表面表面張力，吸附混雜在水中的各種顆粒狀的污垢以及可溶性的有機(jī)物，采用設(shè)計(jì)的充氧設(shè)備產(chǎn)生大量氣泡，這些氣泡全部集中在水面形成泡沫，蛋白質(zhì)等雜質(zhì)全部混合吸附在泡沫上，后將泡沫收集后排除。達(dá)到凈化養(yǎng)殖尾水達(dá)到目的。蛋白質(zhì)分離器的接觸表面，類似于空氣和水之間的表面，有一定的表面張力，所以纖維素、蛋白質(zhì)等必然會(huì)在此堆積。如果擴(kuò)大表面區(qū)域，例如產(chǎn)生氣泡（制造泡沫），則會(huì)有更多的纖維素、蛋白質(zhì)等在泡沫表面聚集。泡沫的粘度將隨著表面的增強(qiáng)和擴(kuò)大，以及氣泡的逐漸消失而改變。因此，蛋白質(zhì)分離器的有效性就在于擴(kuò)大氣體和液體之間的表面區(qū)域以及其特定的表面張力，所產(chǎn)生的泡沫與養(yǎng)殖水是分離的，以達(dá)到清除養(yǎng)殖廢水中廢物的目的。
