工作原理是滑片裝在開槽的轉子中，轉子偏心的裝在泵體內，轉子轉動時，滑片自轉子內滑出，緊貼泵體表面滑動，轉子、滑片、泵體所形成的腔體隨轉子的轉動，其空間大小呈周期性的變化，腔體增大時，吸入介質，腔體變小時，排出介質，周而復始，完成介質的輸送過程。
