進口鍋爐給水泵工作原理

 鍋爐給水泵泵軸在電動機的帶動下旋轉，對液體作功，使其能量增加，液體由吸入池經由泵的進水段、正葉輪、正導葉、中段、口、過渡管、次級進水段、反葉輪、反導葉、出水段的垂直*的送出。

進口鍋爐給水泵泵的結構

●鍋爐給水泵單殼體節段式多級離心泵。其吸入口和吐出口均垂直向上。前段、中段和后段用穿杠聯接成一體，各段之間靜止結合面主要靠金屬面密封外。

●多級鍋爐給水泵的上或水平、排出口垂直向上布置。

●主要由進水段、中段、出水段、次級進水段、正導葉、反葉輪、軸、節流和減壓裝置、擋套、軸承體、過渡管等零強度的穿杠螺栓和進出水段聯接，泵的進水段、中段、出水采用二硫化鉬潤滑脂金屬面硬密封，轉于由裝在軸上的正置、反葉輪、軸套、軸承擋套等零件組成，軸承采用“固構，驅動端采用圓柱滾于軸承;

●末端采用角接觸球軸承段、中段、出水段、次級進水段、正導葉、反導葉、過渡管

●轉子部分與固定部分之間裝有密封環、導葉套等進行密封套的磨損程度己影響泵的工作性能時應廈時予以更換。

●軸的密封形式有機械密封和填料密封兩種。泵采用填料密置安放要正確，填料的松緊程度必須適當，以液體能滴種密封元件裝在密封腔內，腔內要通入一定壓力的水，起水作用。在軸封處裝有可更換的軸套，以保護泵軸泵可以在路的情況下更換軸承、密封。

●鍋爐給水泵系列泵通過彈性柱銷聯軸器或膜片聯軸器由原動機直接向看，泵為順時針方向旋轉。

●電機常規配置電機，在有可燃易爆氣體的場合采機。
