進口立式軸流混流泵特點

是流量、揚程介于離心泵與軸流泵之間的一種水泵，比離心泵大，但較軸流泵小；揚程比離心泵低，但較軸流泵高；混流泵的效率高而且效率區較寬；流量變化時，軸功率變化較小，動力機可經常處于滿載運行；抗汽蝕性能較好，運行平穩，工作范圍廣，在需要小流量的場合可連續運轉；中、小型臥式混流泵，結構簡單，質量輕，使用維修方便。它同時具有了離心泵和軸流泵兩方面的優點，是一種比較好用的泵型。

混流泵根據其壓水室的不同，通常可分為臥式和立式兩種。立式混流泵用于大型泵。臥式蝸殼式混流泵的結構與單級單吸離心泵相似，只是其葉輪形狀不同，混流泵葉片出口邊是傾斜的，葉片數較少，流道寬闊，混流泵的流量一般較離心泵大，其蝸殼體也較大，為了支承穩固。

泵的基礎地腳座一般均設在泵體下面，軸承體靠泵體支承。此外，臥式蝸殼式混流泵的密封形式常采用平面密封（又稱軸向密封），即以葉輪上的軸向端面與泵蓋上的相應密封面進行密封。裝配時在蝸殼體與泵蓋或軸承體間墊紙，當軸向間隙增大后，可抽掉紙墊或在葉輪的后蓋板輪轂端面加銅墊片以減小間隙。

導葉式混流泵有立式和臥式兩種，其結構與軸流泵很相似。立式導葉式混流泵構造，按葉片角度調節方式也可分為固定式、半調節式與全調節式。與蝸殼式混流泵比較，它的徑向尺寸較小，但水力性能稍差。臥式導葉式混流泵的泵體為水平中開式，安裝、維修都較方便。

混流泵是介于離心泵與軸流泵之間的一種泵，就其工作原理來說，它是靠葉輪旋轉對液體產生軸向推力和離心力的雙重作用來工作的。液體沿軸向流人葉輪，以斜向流的形式流出葉輪，因此混流泵也稱斜式泵。

⑴泵與電機同軸，結構緊湊，運行安全高效，無振動。

⑵大流道葉輪結構能增強長纖維及污物的通過能力，使水泵抗堵塞、防纏繞性能更加顯著。

⑶*的電纜密封，排除了電纜的漏水隱患；雙重、三重機械密封及加裝輔助密封結構，使潛水電機具有IP68防護等級，F級絕緣等級耐高溫可達135℃。同時電機內設有密封泄露、繞組溫升檢測裝置，大大增強了幾組的使用壽命。

⑷潛水混流泵適用于水位變化較大及揚程相對較高的場合例如：城市固定雨污水泵站、工礦船塢的調載、應急防汛排澇抗旱等。
